|Description||• Build and retain excellent relationship with customers
• Check and follow-up sales activities to maintain a schedule of calls on customer,
• Direct sales team to achieve the sales target on monthly basis,
• Evaluate sales rep performance and give necessary training such as product knowledge/selling skills....) to
improve and develop their competence.
• Review market situation, identify problem to find proper solution
• Prepare sales reports to head of sales executive.
|Requirement||• Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing
• 2- 3 year experience in FMCG
• Be entrepreneurial, a leader, adaptable, and passionate person.
• Honest, good at planning, communication, and problem solving skills
• Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Ms. Advance Excel/ Word)
• Language Requirement: Good command of English
