Description - Receptionist and departmental administrative duties, i.e. process application for car stickers, parents’ passes and etc.
- Process admissions applications – make appointments, organize and order tests, prepare offer letters, inform parents of status
- Generate monthly and other periodical reports, including those to MOE and other authorities
- Process withdrawal requests – inform Heads of Schools, monitor exit checklist, publish leaving certificates
- Data input into School Management System
- Attend to email enquiries (if ability permits)
- Follow up on enquiries
- Liaising with Heads of Schools on current student role
Requirement - Bachelor’s in B-Ed, TESOL or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in administration, preferably in educational institution
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Khmer
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
