Description - Issue Advertising Contract & Print Production Contract
- Issue calculation compensation letter to client
- Check amendment letter attached with completion report when new skin installation or change new skin
- Update client list new & renew the contract for Mr. Plok to do daily report.
- Update client list new & renew the contract to control expired date.
- Check maintenance monthly report every early month pass to Admin Manager to sign
- Assist Admin Manager on some documentation
- Dealing with insurance company for Car, Building & Billboard insurance
- Handle courier documents to Oversea by express
- Check expiration date of contract and follow up with sales team, (renew or not)
- Send an email to maintenance for drop down skin after expired.
- Send email to all department for site drop down, new site coordinate with creative for update in p-share for new site & removed site
- Check request and spoil spare part from maintenance.
- Lease agreement with House owner
Others assignment assign by Manager or directly from Chairman & CEO
Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-At least 1 - 2 years work experience of Administration officer.
-Ability to communicate well, verbally and written in English.
-Computer literature: Ms. Word & Excel, email, and power point.
-With a high level of comprehension, attention to details, flexible and commitment.
