|Description||A new established it and networking solutions company is looking for dynamic it supports to work full time in the company.
- Provide quality service to customer services.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
- Work with supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Receive and verify payment from customers
- Follow up customers on payment & service offered
- Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Other tasks assigned as required by supervisor
|Requirement||- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar skill.
- 1 or more years of work experience of customer service or related fields.
- Good speak and writing of the English & other language is a plus.
- Computer literacy especially MS Office.
- Good Communication.
- Good Problem Solving
- Good Documentation Skills.
- Basic IT knowledge
- Relevant experiences in IT / study software
