|Description||The Senior Marketing Executive is involved in all aspects of marketing and is responsible for the management of the Marketing Coordinator. This is a key relationship building role and involves regular planning meetings with the senior marketing teams of our preferred retail partners, media, and developing new relationships with potential partners. The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, developing and implementing marketing plans in accordance with the Head of Marketing.
•Increases number and level of loyalty of customer, and vendor group related to the channel marketing and channel sales activities and be responsible for the effective channel marketing planning, development and implementation of reputation and brands related to commercial expansion through all channels in accordance with defined tasks.
•Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
•Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
•Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
•Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
•Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
•Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
•Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
•Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
•Contributes to the development and implementation of Marketing Division’s strategy and policy to support the achievement of priorities and targets.
•Manage and control marketing research and development for retail markets.
•Design and construct marketing and business development.
•Drives the company’s vision to be the best Premium Supplies in Cambodia.
•Covers the efficient and effective Commercial Activities of the company’s retail brands involving the managing marketing through sales channel by promoting reputation, and brands for commercial optimization.
•Report to CEO

|Requirement||•Be able to work in the field including weekends.
•At least 3-year working experiences in market, preferable in baby product Industry.
•Creative ideas of marketing techniques and concepts.
•Good at communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
•Good sense of teamwork and supervisory skills.
•Work under pressure and timeline.
•Good command in English & Khmer both written and spoken.
•Highly acquainted with computer programs, MS office, PowerPoint, Email & Internet.
•Good attitude, be honest, serious, gentle, friendly, creative, flexible and willing to work.
