Description Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure Volume Delivery to support area and national volume target plan;
- Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility and customer price of products are achieved for the assigned area;
- Execute the marketing activities within the assigned territory/province to meet customers
and consumer’s objective as described in the cycle plan to excellence level;
- Ensure stock freshness through FIFO methodology;
- Ensure New and old PMM well managed in term of deployment and record;
- Educate customers if necessary, providing required material and instructions;
- Manage and build close business relationship with key customers in the assigned territory/province;
- Negotiate retail touchpoints (i.e. positioning, visibility, investment) based on communication strategy following guidelines set by Head of Sales;
- Propose goals and KPIs for the programmes implemented in the territory/Province and track ongoing results and report to line manager;
- Provide data and maintain accurate records on both Daun Penh Tada Bokor and Competitor’s market information, updated Outlet list, market size and distribution performance to guarantee that Head of Sales is fully informed on time in full;
- Manage all assigned funds, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient ma nner to maximise the use of allocated assets such as Space rental, WS discount, PMM, Vehicle, Laptop etc..;
- Monitor brand’s performance in the outlets (Daun Penh Tada Bokor’s and competitors’); Gather/ provide ideas on how to develop retail touchpoints; and Execute/visit night open outlets (where there is no channel manager) in assigned territory/provinces.
Requirement Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree or relevant certificates;
Minimum 5-year experience in Sales from FMCG industry would be advantage;
Strong experience in sales with a proven track record;
Strong ability to lead, train and motivate team members to achieve targets;
Can manage multiple projects and prioritize on tight deadlines;
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook);
Good in both written and spoken English;
Analytic Skills to assess the sales and find weaknesses in the market; and
Strong customer service skills.
