|Description||-Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all rooms, restaurants, and all public area.
-Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
-Purchase, re-order and maintain cleaning supplies and inventory.
-Daily supervision of the cleaning staff.
-Conduct inspections of all room as well as public areas.
Recruit, schedule and train all new staff members.
-Ensures the proper maintenance of all rooms and equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
|Requirement||-At least 2 years housekeeping experience
-Attention to detail
-Advanced knowledge of Housekeeping process and procedures.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize
-Ability to maintain budge
