Description ** Job Responsibilities
- To develop the policies and procedures for department HR & Admin effective usage.
- Orient all staff about the HR & Admin policies and procedures
- Collaborate with managers to reinforce of all departmental policies.
- To implement the HR Functions such as Recruitment & selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Staff Care Program, Performance Management, Employee Relation and HR Administration.
- Facilitate the performance management yearly basis/ probation staff evaluation
- To ensure all positions vacancies are fulfilled with qualified candidates
- Design, update and conduct the new staff orientation
- To oversee the Admin Functions are implemented with effectiveness such as Procurement Process, Office Management, Stock Management, Office Supplies and Security
- To ensure the effectiveness of company stock management
- To ensure the office environment is comfortable for staff working
- Staff, performance development management
- Other task a sign by direct supervisor (CEO)
Requirement III.Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management or Business Management
- At least 4 years’ experience in HR & Admin management
- Sound knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law, HR & Admin Policies and Procedure development
- Good command in Khmer and English
- Knowledge of Customer services skills
- Experience in dealing with government officials
