|Description||-To be an exemplary teacher, clearly demonstrating effective planning, teaching and organization, and
high standard of achievement and behavior in Japan lessons.
-To be responsible for the development of the institute’s Japanese assessment procedures in liaison with
-To support the creation and implementation of the institute improvement plan and take sole
responsibility for the appropriate delegated aspects related to Japanese.
-To support the evaluation of the effectiveness of the policies and development in institute
-To keep abreast of educational development in line with the needs of the school.
-Clearly demonstrating effective planning, teaching and organization.
-To participate in professional development activities
|Requirement||-At least 1 or 2 years’ experience in teaching Japanese language
-Commitment to excellence and to significantly raise the Japanese language
-Fast learner and good listening skills
-Good communication with the team and can work independently
-Experience in providing training is an advantage
-Good English written and spoken skills is an advantage
