|Description||-Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with standards
- Ensure that quality, quantity, and correctness of food items served and displayed are as per resort’s
and Chef’s standard recipes.
- Check that quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition
- Works closely and cooperates with other departments in order to achieve highest possible satisfaction of food items.
- To assist with the enforcement of health and safety standards within the kitchen
- To ensure customers receive quality food in a consistent and timely manner
- Estimate amount and lots of required such as food and ingredient
- Inspect supplies, equipment and working areas to ensured conformance to established standards
- Jointing with managements team to find out new food and promotions plan.
