|Description||** General Responsibilities:
HR Supervisor reports directly to HR & Finance Manager and is responsible to manage all processes related to HR functions included but not limit to recruitment, training & development, staff welfare and personnel administration.
** Job Functions not limited to the following:
- Assist superior in recruitment and selection process.
- Execute training plan, training matrix and other mandatory courses per required by airport regulations.
- Assist superior to manage personnel administrative matters.
- Handle completed process of monthly payroll and other compensations.
- Ensure the proper update of employees’ information in HR Databases.
- Assist industrial relations issues as per assigned by superiors.
- Assist superior in term of finance matters.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
|Requirement||- Legal working age.
- Bachelor Degree in management or related field.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer.
- Residents in Sihanouk Province are strongly motivated.
- Good Office computer skills (Advance level in Ms Excel is preferred).
- Good knowledge in Cambodia Labor Law.
- At least 3 years of professional experiences in Human Resources field.
- High discipline in the performance of duty as required by superior.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Can do attitude.
