|Description||- Be the interface with the local authorities and local representatives for all issues related to the project.
- Perform the procurement activities of the project.
- Manage the interfaces with the local Authorities for what concerns: Permits, Consents, Inspections, compliance with rules and regulations.
- Manage the interfaces with local representatives for an exchange of information and technical/contractual issues.
- Prepare requisition order and support procurement activities relevant to the project.
|Requirement||- High school / University degree
- 5 years related work experience in procurement, and preferable experience in working with local authorities
- Be effective in relations with all local stakeholders
- Maintaining excellent level of communication and cooperation
- Knowledge of Cambodian laws and regulations relevant to the power sector and to the construction industry
- Good English language
-Hardworking and can work under pressure
-Working time: 7:30～17:00
-Holiday: Sun / National holiday
-Salary: $800 ～ $950
