|Description||• Daily check every morning at female staff locker room then make a report to HRD every morning.
• Update locker room every week to make sure all locker room key are clearly identified
• Update every week the leave both AL & PH in computer to make sure that all leave balance are reported properly to individual HOD every end of the month.
• Update file of Staffs
• Keep track the leave form for existing & new employee every month end.
• Every day check staff grooming and hygiene. If there is a repeated staff then call him/her to HR office to warning him or let his/her manager know about what was happening so far.
• Check with Hagar Staff (update every month of our staff canteen food menu)
• Control staff meal report with coupon carefully.
• Work with Hagar staff to make sure staff canteen are operate properly.
• Sent the name and picture to security department the staff who walked out and resigned every month
• Follow up with labor department with the quota and work permit
• Check every week the finger print then sent to all HODS to let them know
• Check all finger print that are always come late then call him/her to HR office to warn them.
• Update all the HR form in our folder to make sure they are enough to use.
• Check every day email to make sure that there is any candidate apply for all position available
• Make an appointment with all candidate for interview
• Call to make an appointment for interview
• Process for interview
• Interview all candidate if possible
• Work with HOD for second interview
• Pass all the successful candidate to payroll to process for contract
• Call them to start work.
• Process for employment Contract
• Process for wage compensation & benefits package
• Check every day morning the locker room to sure everywhere is clean and tidy.
• Update locker room key
• Check finger print every weekend then send to all HODs to let them know about their staff who are always check in late but check faster too.
• Update and track all leave balance to make sure that every staff not over use of PH & AL.
• Update leave form for new employee and existing employee
• Make sure that all staffs who are going to end their contract, and alert them before 1 month notice
• For 2 years staff contract, Make sure to keep tack closely otherwise we are going to face and issue with Union staff
• Keep alert the probation staff too. This probation alert sent our alert form as usual then attached the probation evaluation form for individual HOD to evaluate their staff. Then Director of HR will issue a confirmation letter to all staff are passed their probation.
• Update our employee profile for all new employees and existing staff. For employee profile, we need to update with
• Personal ID card
• Personal Birth certificate and other their children certificate too
• Family book, and Or,
• Other qualification certificates
• Double check with our staff about their grooming and hygiene.
• To make sure they dress properly
• Shoe must be shoeshine and polish every day,
• Shave their mustached and comb their hair
• For female staff make sure they are not highlight a brown color hair
• Make sure staff wear black sock not white sock.
• Control properly the staff overtime pay and night shift calculation correct standard
• Make the casual staff and overtime staff and staff report
• Report to Director of HR & Training everyday what is/ was happening
• Report every weekend what is outstanding report and work task
• Report what is pending job
|Requirement||- Bachelor degree is preferred
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
- Good Khmer literature
- Good typing skill (Khmer & English)
- Good English/Khmer communication skill
- Initiative and reliability
About salary we can negotiable and we'll offer more if some once have experience.
