Description - Respond to Customer service online and calls
- Maintain Social media presence, content (facebook, website etc)
- Learn and understand each product to be efficient in customer service responding
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Plan Facebook display advertising campaigns
- Communicate with Graphic Designers on daily tasks
-Other works assigned by the manager.
Requirement - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Active and responsible personality
- Good customer service skill
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Maintain good communication with the team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively
- High school degree
- Can communicate in English and fluent in Khmer
- If can communicate in Chinese will be put in higher consideration

-Must be able to use computer, smart phone and other devices.
Be able to work every Saturday and Sunday
