Description - Employee orientation of company internal work rules and values
- Monthly payroll calculation, salary tax and monthly report
- Responsible for recruitment and selection process
- Monthly recruitment report and others HR report
- Employee Training and development
- Liaise with the public authorities to ensure HR and Admin policies are in compliance with the Cambodia labor law
- Monthly stationary management and others admin duties
- Maintain employee database and compile statistic report regarding personnel related data such as hiring, transfer, warning, termination and absenteeism
- Manage staff benefit, employment contract, personnel file and related file documents
- Performance evaluate and appraisal
- Dealing with all issues related to staff benefit, safety, conflict
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirement -At least 1 year working experience with HR and admin.
-Experience in hotel and hospitality is an advantage
-Good at in English proficiency
-Good at computer skill of Microsoft Words, Excels and PowerPoint
-Be smart, friendly, hard working, high initiative, good problem solving skill, and teamwork
-Good communication skill
-Can be work under pressure
